Registration Fees

Registration fees entitle participants to attend all standard scientific sessions and include 19% VAT, as required by the German government.

Participation in the Hands-On workshops is not included in the registration fee and has to be booked separately.

2To qualify as a trainee, you have to be a current student or be within 5 years of your last degree. During registration, you will have to provide documentation that this is the case, e.g. a document proving your student status, your degree certificate or a signed confirmation from your employer confirming your trainee status. If you do not have this information, your registration will incur standard fees.
3this option is only available to you if you currently work and live in a low income country (as classified by the World Bank Country Classification: low-income; lower-middle-income). There are a limited number of spaces for this – so please sign up soon to avoid disappointment.
