Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation is generally possible, but is subject to certain deadlines and conditions. All cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to NeuPSIG@eurokongress.de.
The date of receipt of the cancellation at the organizer is decisive for compliance with the cancellation deadlines.
Cancellation conditions are defined as follows:

Date of receipt of the cancellation	Cancellation fee
Until 11 May 2025	Full refund
12 May – 20 July 2025	50% will be refunded
From 21 July 2025 onwards	No refund will be made

Please note that the full participation fee will be charged in the event of non-attendance without prior written cancellation.
